1 Day Appointed Person First Aid
Courses can be delivered at your workplace.
Day 1:
- Introduction
- Health and safety (first aid Regulations)
- How to act in the event of an emergency
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for child and baby
- Dealing with an unconscious but breathing casualty
- Wound and Bleeding management
- Recognising and treatment of Shock
- The use of First Aid Equipment
- Completing factual records for the workplace
- Personal Hygiene procedures
Total Course Time
6 hours (09:00 – 16:00 exc lunchbreak)
Costs
£40 per person OR £325 (16 maximum)
Requirements
If training on location, one room is required (approx 6x10m for 12 delegates) with power supply and desk for power point.
